In
the changing scenario of the Corporate world, the need for
good managers cannot be over-looked. These Managers are the pillars
supporting in
good governance of the organisation. Management Institutes help in
producing
good managers. Institute of Science & Management, Ranchi is also engaged in creating good Managers through imparting quality education for two years and awarding Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) . The objective of the Institute is to produce not only efficient Managers, but effective too, through development of leadership skill, HR management skill, thorough exposure to marketing, financial management impress upon importance of supply chain management and by making them sensitive to the overall requirement of Business.
Therefore,
the mission of ISM is to produce effective manager-cum-leader from among
the students coming from all over India in general and
from Jharkhand in particular. Jharkhand is in the threshold point
of development to tune with the faster pace.
The role of an effective manager in general cannot be over-looked
in the development process and this Institute will stand as a strong
driver of development of this region in particular.
